HospedHub is a management platform for vacation rental hosts. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected while you use our system.
1. Who we are
HospedHub is SaaS software for vacation rental hosts and property managers. We act as data controller for information about platform users and as data processor for guest information entered by hosts.

2. Data we collect
We collect these categories of information:
- Account data: name, email and password of platform users.
- Property data: address, photos, amenities, rules and financial settings.
- Reservation data: check-in and check-out dates, amounts, payment status and guest information from connected platforms or manual entry.
- Communication data: message history exchanged through the WhatsApp Business API.
- Financial data: income and expenses recorded by the host.
- Usage data: access logs, IP address and device information for security and diagnostics.
3. How we use data
We use data to authenticate users, centralize reservations, calendars and communications, generate financial and occupancy reports, automate operational tasks, suggest AI-assisted replies and keep the platform secure and operational.
We do not use your data for advertising, sell it or share it with third parties for marketing.
4. WhatsApp API and Artificial Intelligence
HospedHub uses the official Meta WhatsApp Business API to centralize host and guest communication. Connecting your account authorizes message processing within the platform.
- Storage: messages are stored to provide the conversation history available to the host.
- AI use: message content may be processed by language models to suggest replies. This processing is automated.
- Retention: message history is kept while the account is active and deleted as described in section 6.
- Meta compliance: use follows the WhatsApp Business Policy.
6. Retention and deletion
- Data is kept while the account is active.
- After cancellation, personal data is deleted within 30 days, unless retention is legally required.
- Security logs may be kept for up to 12 months for auditing.
- Hosts may request earlier deletion by email.
7. Security
We use TLS/HTTPS, secure password hashing, JWT tokens with controlled expiration, restricted database access, access monitoring and audit logs.
If a security incident affects your data, we will notify affected users and the relevant authority as required by applicable law.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, withdrawal of consent and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise your rights, email contato@hospedhub.com.br. We will respond within 15 business days.
10. Minors
HospedHub is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If such collection is identified without parental consent, we will delete the data.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the platform or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated by email or platform notice at least 10 days in advance.
